Skip hire questions, answered

Everything you need to know before you book. Still stuck? Get in touch.

How much does skip hire cost in Cape Town?

Our 3m³ skips start from R950, including delivery, collection and a 4-day rental. Final pricing depends on your suburb and waste type — WhatsApp us for an exact quote.

How long can I keep the skip?

Four days is included in the standard price. Need it longer? Extended rentals of 5+ days are available on request.

Can the skip go on the road?

Yes, but skips placed on a public road in the City of Cape Town require a permit. If it fits on your driveway or property, no permit is needed. We'll advise you on the best placement when you book.

What size are your skips?

3m³ (mini skips) — ideal for renovations, garden clean-ups, household clean-outs and small building projects. That's roughly 25–30 wheelbarrow loads.

What can't I put in the skip?

No hazardous waste: asbestos, chemicals, paint, tyres, batteries or medical waste. Everything else — rubble, garden refuse, furniture, general junk — is usually fine. Send us a photo if unsure.

How quickly can you deliver?

Usually within 1–2 working days, often sooner. WhatsApp us your suburb and date and we'll confirm a slot.

Which areas do you cover?

Four zones across Cape Town: Southern Suburbs, Deep South, Atlantic Seaboard and Northern Suburbs — 39 suburbs in total.
